Use signs and navigation without rushing decisions
Dubai journeys can involve wide roads, closely spaced exits and several lanes leading to different destinations. A passenger can manage navigation where practical, reducing last-second changes for the driver. Treat the displayed road signs, signals and directions as controlling rather than relying on memory or an old online guide. Use the handover to remove uncertainty
Do not treat the handover as a formality. Match the vehicle to the booking, review its visible condition with the representative and make sure any condition record reflects what both sides can see. Ask for an explanation of the controls needed for the first drive, the fuel or charging expectation, the agreed return time and place, and the contact process for a warning light, damage, breakdown or incident. Plan delivery and return around real access
A hotel, residence, office or airport-area name is not always a complete meeting point. For an airport-area request, confirm the terminal and agreed meeting point rather than assuming kerbside waiting is possible. Build time into the schedule for document and condition checks at both handover and return.
